CSRA HVAC Connect is an independent lead-generation and referral service. It is not an HVAC contractor and does not diagnose systems, perform work, employ the referred contractors, or control how they perform services.

Independent contractors

Any contractor contacted through this service is an independent business. You are responsible for verifying licensing, insurance, qualifications, references, pricing, availability, and suitability before authorizing work.

Agreements and payment

Any estimate, appointment, service agreement, warranty, or payment arrangement is solely between you and the contractor. Obtain written terms directly from the contractor before work begins.

No guarantee

A referral does not guarantee that a contractor will be available, accept a job, arrive by a particular time, quote a particular price, or produce a particular result. No statement on this site replaces the contractor's written terms.

Emergencies

This website is not an emergency response service. For fire, suspected gas leaks, carbon monoxide alarms, or immediate danger, leave the area and contact the appropriate emergency authority or utility provider.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false requests, or use it unlawfully. Content may be changed or removed without notice.
